Your stories are what make “How Are You Feeling” work! We want as many relatable stories from young adults (14-29) as possible so everyone who comes to our site can feel a little less alone in their struggle with mental health. These stories can be about your whole experience, just a small part or things you struggle with or have found comfort in. They can truly be about anything you have experienced or are still experiencing and do not have to have a happy ending. They can be casual and brutally honest with no filter. It is also important that if you have not been clinically diagnosed with a certain disorder that you do not self diagnose as it can trivialize or magnify the illness. However, we still want to hear your stories of your experiences of mental health symptoms: undiagnosed or or diagnosed. Try to make them a few paragraphs long at minimum with a title. We will read through them and assign any trigger warning labels above the piece if nescessary. You can also submit multiple stories! This form is completely anonymous to us as well as the readers, if you don't want to be anonymous to the readers you can put your name or the name you want to use in the provided space.
