“How Are You Feeling?” was created to give young adults a space to share their experiences with different aspects of their mental health. It was also designed to help those struggling feel less alone in their journey. Not everyone’s stories are the same and some may not relate to you at all. However, we are hoping to create a community of young adults who have struggled and are willing to help others struggling by sharing their stories.

“How Are You Feeling?” is not a medical site nor run by medical professionals; it is not meant to replace one on one treatment with a medical professional. No information on this website should be used to diagnose, treat, or cure any symptoms or illnesses.
We want these stories to be relatable and while most people with mental health symptoms are undiagnosed, we don’t want you to diagnose yourself with something just because someone’s story ended in a certain diagnosis. It is important that if you are struggling with these symptoms you seek help and we have provided a list of resources. It’s also important that if you are undiagnosed you do not claim a diagnosis because it is harmful to trivialize those who are suffering from them.
